Destin Estate Sales is a licensed and insured estate sale company based in Destin, FL that offers estate sale and downsizing services to anyone moving out of a home. Our experienced team does all the work for you - from cleaning out the attic and garage, setting up and handling all the details of your sale, and managing the post-sale process (donation and clean-out). Our team has over 25 years accumulated estate sale experience. Our job is to take the stress out of your move! We will meet you on location for a no-cost consultation. We will walk through the home with you so you can show us what you are selling and what you are keeping. We sell practically everything, so try not to donate or throw away items until we meet with you!
Once the sale dates are set, we will post hundreds of photos on our website and our estate sale networking site to maximize the exposure of your sale. When the sale starts, we will provide advertising on Facebook, the estate sale forum website, and Instagram.
Our typical full house sale is held Thursday through Saturday. Oftentimes, there is not enough for a 3-day sale and we provide options for a 2-day or online sale.
Our on-site sales team promotes your items to our shoppers working diligently to sell as much as they can from your estate. They enjoy what they do and ensure that the shoppers are having fun!
No matter how successful a sale is, there will always be leftovers. When possible, we will help coordinate the donation of items that do not sell to a charity on your behalf (tax deductible). We work with two local charities to remove unsold contents from your home. We will advise you on other options for high value items that you do not wish to donate. Lastly, we will recommend a cleanout company to remove any remaining item (at an additional cost to you).
We pay you within seven (7) business days after the sale.
We serve all of Okaloosa County and much of Walton County.

I would hire Chris again, they came in were open and honest, completed everything they said they would and so much more. My beloved father had so much, after 6 months or organizing we couldn’t keep up and felt like we weren’t getting anywhere. My mother went from a 3000sq foot house filled with stuff, to an apartment. We had no idea where to start. We had contacted another company that totally was uninterested in helping and even stood us up to look through the house. At my wits end I found . When I called, I spoke to Kent, who explained the process to me, and told me that he would have his partner contact me within the hour to discuss a time to see the items. In ten minutes I got a phone call from Chris. We immediately set up a time to meet. The rest is history. This company was the most efficient, costly, and professional company that I have come in contact with in a long time. They were compassionate, reasonable, and logical as well.
