He was extremely knowledgeable about pricing. He was attentive about our concerns and kept us in the loop throughout the process. As we are from out of town, he even went as far as going to the department of motor vehicles for us, and dropping off a few items at a consignment store, after the sale! Talk about one-stop shopping, he cleaned everything afterward, had a charity coordinated for pickup of unsold items, and even had pantry items designated for veterans. I can't think of one area that could be improved upon. From the day we hired him, until he sent the final packet to us, he delivered 100 percent. "I wasn't sure what to expect when Chris walked into my parent's house and was hit head-on with the enormous amount of craft supplies and fabric that had been collected over the years. Chris took on the challenge and he and his team did an amazing job. I felt he and his wife went over and above contacting local quilt guilds and sewing shops to generate the traffic needed to make the sale a success. I was very pleased with the open and constant communication, as well as respect Chris and his team treated the house and belongings. I was sent pictures and updates along this journey.
