Chris with Destin Estate Sales earned my absolute highest praise for the way he handled our family’s estate sale when my father passed away in Niceville. 10/23/20I would hire Chris again, they came in were open and honest, completed everything they said they would and so much more. My beloved father had so much, after 6 months or organizing we couldn’t keep up and felt like we weren’t getting anywhere. I called Chris, he contacted me right away and came by to assess the situation. We all knew it was going to be labor intensive but they came and worked hard, got everything organized and ready to sell. They did extensive research on the items to make sure it was priced fairly. Moving and downsizing is a very stressful endeavor, but Chris made it a lot easier. Once we moved out what we were taking, he set up everything that was left behind for the sale. 11/5/20 This team was outstanding....moving is stressful in any situation but knowing that you cannot bring belongings that have meant a lot to you along to the next phase of your life is extra stressful. Chris Schaefer and his team made everything easy--they were incredibly responsive, researched our items, managed the sale, and facilitated the final haul of what was left efficiently and effectively. My mother went from a 3000sq foot house filled with stuff, to an apartment. We had no idea where to start. We had contacted another company that totally was uninterested in helping and even stood us up to look through the house. At my wits end I found . When I called, I spoke to Kent, who explained the process to me, and told me that he would have his partner contact me within the hour to discuss a time to see the items. In ten minutes I got a phone call from Chris. We immediately set up a time to meet. The rest is history. This company was the most efficient, costly, and professional company that I have come in contact with in a long time. They were compassionate, reasonable, and logical as well. They handled the sale from start to finish and kept in constant contact during the duration. I simply cannot say enough good things about Chris and his professionalism, and the way that this company handled everything.
