Chris Schaefer, Owner
- After a 27-year career at UPS, Chris and his wife Jan moved to Destin from Ellicott City, Maryland in 2014. Chris enjoys the thrill of discovering treasures for his clients (almost as much as fishing!); oftentimes finding items they didn't even know existed in their home.
- Chris has 25+ years of experience selling unique, vintage, and everyday household items and tools. He's also very good at selling automobiles!
- His extensive knowledge of precious metals, vintage toys, military items, jewelry, household items, tools, and furniture makes him a great choice when liquidating your estate or that of your loved ones.
Jan Schaefer, REALTOR®
- If you do not have a real estate agent, Jan will explain how she can market and sell the property. If you already have an agent, Destin Estate Sales is happy to work with them. We will NEVER try to influence a client to switch agents/brokerages.
- One advantage of working with Chris and Jan is that you only deal with one company. Once the estate sale is complete and the property is ready to sell, they coordinate everything.
- At every estate sale, questions arise about selling the property. Jan will often be on-site at the sale and can answer questions that may help you sell the property faster.
