- After a 27-year career at UPS, Chris and his wife Jan moved to Destin from Ellicott City, Maryland in 2014. Chris enjoys the thrill of discovering treasures for his clients (almost as much as fishing!); oftentimes finding items they didn't even know existed in their home.
- Chris has 25+ years of experience selling unique, vintage and everyday household items and tools.
- His extensive knowledge of precious metals, vintage toys, military items, jewelry, household items, tools and furniture make him a great choice to have on your side when liquidating your estate or that of your loved ones.
Jan Schaefer, REALTOR®
- Jan has a serving attitude and mindset which is extremely beneficial when selling your home or one of your loved one's homes. Marketing and selling with simple and proven strategies takes the stress from you especially if you don't live locally.
- Giving back to the community is very important to Jan. At closing, she gives a portion of her commission to all current and past military members, teachers, healthcare professionals, and 1st responders.
